The Suzhi mark and how to use it.

The mark is a சுழி: a loop that returns, and the small swirl a Tamil writer puts at the top of a page before beginning. Use the files below as they are. Do not recolour, stretch or add effects. Keep clear space around the mark equal to the height of the letter S.
